Design and Create a Shawl Cardigan

Location: Virtual Zoom

Dates/times: Saturdays for 8 weeks, Jan 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Sewing experience recommended. Co-ed classes.

Cost: $200 (includes fabrics and trims. Students must have a sewing machine.)

Have you ever dreamed of becoming a fashion designer? Here is your chance.

In this class we will be making the classic Shawl Cardigan! So cozy and perfect for winter as well as a fashionable piece for spring. You will start with sketching and rendering your design. Measuring, pinning and cutting out your design. This design is a little more advanced, so we recommend having some sewing knowledge before taking this course.

The class fee includes all fabric and trims. Sew your garment together then fit the design to work for you, lastly finish the design. At the end of the classes we will hold a virtual fashion show to share with your family.
